Obituary for Mona Lee Applewhite FORT WORTH – It is with great sadness that the family of Mona L. Applewhite announces her passing on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at the grand age of 95 years. Mona was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Paul S. Applewhite. Mona will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Karin, and her son, Barry.
