OBITUARY Ms Lane Casper September 29, 1963 – November 7, 2018 Lane Casper, age 55 of Winder, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018. She was of the Presbyterian faith and a member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School and worked at Chico’s Distribution Center.

She had worked at several different warehouses over the years, including Publix. Lane loved animals and spent several years as a Veterinarian’s Tech. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil B. and Inez Smith Casper and a nephew, Blake Casper.

Lane is survived by two sons, Ron Casper (Cindy) of Winder and Jason Casper (Julie) of Winder and nieces, Quinn Melton (Jarred), Emma Morris (Stephen), Baileigh Barnes (Baxter) and Sophie Kate Casper. A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Friesema officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Donations in Lane’s name may be made to the Barrow County Humane Society. Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA is in charge of arrangements.
