Muriel’s Obituary Muriel Kassis, 98, passed away peacefully at home on January 20th, 2019. She was born in Watsonville, CA. and preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kassis Sr. and her two sons, Frank Kassis, Jr., and Ron Kassis.

Also, preceded by her mother Adeline Cochran, and father Otto Cochran, sister Jackie McGinness and brother Sonny Cochran. Survived by daughters Karen Cladianos, Patricia Porter, and son Kerry Kassis. She also had eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She loved music, was self-taught in the piano and the accordion, but her true love was traveling to Hawaii where she owned condominiums. She also loved cruising, where she and her husband, Frank, always included the grandchildren. She was truly blessed to have lived a long and healthy life.

A special thanks to her caregivers for the last six years, Sonia and Edith. The family can’t thank you enough. Friends are welcome to attend the visitation at W.F. Gormley & Sons on Tuesday, Jan.

29th from 10am to 4pm. Services will be private.
