Obituary Myrtle Frances Miller (nee Proctor) went home to be with her Heavenly Father on April 28, 2019. She was born on March 28, 1922 in Neptune, Tennessee to Luther Milburn Proctor and Martha Zelma (nee Wall) Proctor. Myrtle moved to Pennsylvania after her marriage to Howard Miller in 1941.

She was a resident of Westgate Hills until 2016 when she joined the residency of Sunrise Senior Living in Newtown Square, PA.
