Lincoln – Nancy (Kyle) Hayes, 73, of Great Road, died Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the Philip Hulitar Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Hayes. Mr. & Mrs. Hayes had been married for fifty-three years.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Stuart and Margaret (Baird) Kyle, she had lived in Lincoln for the past seventy years. Mrs. Hayes worked as an X-Ray Technician at the former Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Pawtucket, and at various doctor’s offices, retiring in 2007. She was a member of Lime Rock Baptist Church, Lincoln, where she served on the Building Committee and was Past President of the Penetralia Guild.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son-in-law, Peter J. Tarmey of Lincoln; and her granddaughter Maggie Tarmey of Lincoln. She was the mother of the late Sarah B. Hayes. Her funeral and burial will be private.

Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of R.I., 1085 North Main Street, Providence, R.I. 02904 would be appreciated. Arrangements with Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
