Nancy L. Fleckenstein, age 83, of Xenia, Ohio, died Thursday February 28, 2019 at home following a brief illness. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 14, 1935 to Frank and Greta (Lysell) Matson. Nancy was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and was active in the Caring Place at First Lutheran Church in Xenia.

She was employed with Dr. E. C. Phillips, DDS for several years. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank L. Matson, mother, Greta M. Matson, and husband, William Fleckenstein. Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Amy M. Jacobs, Sara A. Fleckenstein; grandson, Benjamin C. O’Neal; sister, Sonja Nye; and sister-in-law, Shirley Fleckenstein; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service is 1:00 pm Friday March 8, 2019 at Peace Lutheran Church in Beavercreek with Rev. Carey Hovland officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the church.
