Obituary Ned M. Pongrat, 61, of Newcomerstown passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Born October 19, 1957 in Dover he was a son of the late Harry and Janice Mae Beans Pongrat. Ned is survived by his brother, Kent (Sherry) Pongrat of New Philadelphia.

Ned was employed with the Pipefitters Union #495 in Cambridge. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing with his brother. Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover.
