Pine Plains, NY – Neil E. Pilch, 81, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018. He was born on November 25, 1937 the son of the late Arthur and Margaret (Pilch) Hay. He attended schools in Gaylordsville and New Milford, CT.

Mr. Pilch proudly served his country with the United States Marines from 1958 – 1962. He drove truck for Agway Petroleum, Arnoff and Liberta Bros. On June 9, 1961 he married the former Diana Clum.

She survives at home with their son Tony. He is also survived by a daughter Cathy (Duane) Vincent of Pine Plains, their daughter Elizabeth of Ohio, also a daughter Shary (Joseph) Hertel of Pine Plains, their daughter Kimberly of Millerton and son Joseph Jr. of Millerton, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Neil was predeceased by two brothers Lee and Gene Hay and three sisters Joan Beebe, Dale Stickle and Sheila Parsons.
