Nell Ruth Teggart was born in Birthright, Texas on January 12, 1925, to Bessie Rushing Karr and Maulty Karr. She was preceded in death by her Husband Hugh P. Teggart, sister Marie Gaddis Ensey and brothers Gene and Brice Karr. Survivors She is survived by daughters Gloria Jean Teggart and Katherine Bess Teggart and several nieces and nephews.
