Obituary Nelson Elvin DeLoach, 78, of Lee Florida, and formerly of Valdosta, died on Friday, March 1, 2019 at his residence in Lee, Florida. He was born on September 1, 1940 in Remerton to the late Ollie and Estelle Cowart DeLoach. Mr. DeLoach was a retired bridge builder with Leware Construction Company of Leesburg, Florida and he was of the Primitive Baptist Faith.
