Nettie Deane Byler, 92, of Fulton passed away at Fulton Nursing and Rehab on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. She was born on August 17, 1926 in Fulton, the daughter of the late George Kemp and the late Flossie (Hoover) Kemp. On December 23, 1945, Nettie was united in marriage to Dorris Byler who preceded her in death on June 14, 1988.

Nettie retired from Fulton State Hospital in 1988 after 32 years of service.
