OBITUARY Nina Hall Thierry March 9, 1923 – November 26, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Nina Hall Thierry 95, resident of Theodore, Alabama, passed away on November 26, 2018. Nina was born March 9, 1923 to Tate Benjamin Hall and Vera Johnson Hall and was the second of nine children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 77 years, Edward Joseph Thierry, Sr. There was nothing more important to Nina than her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Suzette Viola Vickery (Steve). Nina is survived by her other five children Nina Edwina Jones (Ken) of Zebulon, GA, Carolyn Ann McLaughlin (Tony) of Fairhope, AL, Alma Louise Mueller (Chuck) of Fairhope, AL. Edward Joseph Thierry, Jr. (Brenda) of Theodore, AL, Mike Thierry (Ann) Dauphin Island, AL.
She also leaves 15 grandchildren to cherish her memories, Ken Jones (Karen), Todd Jones (Jessica), Lee Jones (Bree), David McLaughlin (Cherry), Stephanie Sturdy (Robert), Laura Phillips, Phillip Peterson (Tiffany), Jeff Thierry (Connie), Skipper Thierry (Iris), Butch Thierry (Melissa), Joey Vickery (Amy), Jessica Parker (Arlin), Abbey Vickery, Kristi Mais, Mathew Vickery (Shanon). She was preceded in death by one grandchild, Troy Adam Thierry. Her legacy will live on through her 19 great-grandchildren, Hannah Jones, Ken Jones III, Drew Jones, Jake Jones, Lyla Jones, Blake Jones, David Sturdy, Genevieve Sturdy, Bradley Peterson, Bennett Peterson, Kaleigh Ladnier, Claire Ladnier, Allison Thierry, Jacob Thierry, Benton Vickery, Annabelle Vickery, Blakely Vickery, Parker Vickery, Shelby Mais.
Nina is also survived by one sister, Yvonne Daniels of Mobile, AL. She also leaves behind numerous other loving relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Le Conard, Nina’s closest friend for many years, her care giving and support during her final months of life.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Magnolia Cemetery.
