OBITUARY Ninna Gagliardi September 22, 1934 – January 2, 2019 Play Tribute Movie Antonina “Ninna” (Miano) Gagliardi age 84 of Hobe Sound, FL formerly of New Britain has been received by God joining her beautiful daughter Cinzia in Heaven on Jan 2, 2019. She was the daughter of Salvatore and Angela (Mancarella) Miano. Born in Siracusa, Italy she was a resident of New Britain for 35 years before moving to Florida 28 years ago.

After raising her loving children, she was employed at her brother’s business at the West Main Deli on West Main St. Ninna was the matriarch of her family, a good friend to all and devoted to the Lord. She was full of kindness and grace and loved to cook and take walks. Ninna opened her heart and home to everyone, showing unconditional love and she will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Ninna is survived by her husband of 60 years Carmelo Gagliardi, one son Richard and his wife Lisa of Spokane, WA. two sisters Paula Gagliardi of New Britain and Luci Scerrato of Farmington, one brother Joe Miano and his wife Natalina of New Britain, five grandchildren, Jackie DeConti and husband Brett, Kaylen Buck and her husband Hunter, Jill DeConti and her finance Patrick Byrnes, Alexis Gagliardi and Ricky Gagliardi and two great grandchildren Madison and Carson Buck. A sister-in-law Maria Costanzo of Italy, a brother-in-law Ruggerio Perri of Canada plus many nieces and nephews.

Ninna was pre-deceased by her daughter Cinzia DeConti, two brother-in-law’s Paul Gagliardi and Carmelo Costanzo and a sister-in-law Palmina Perri. Funeral Service will be held on Monday Jan. 7, 2019 at 9:00 AM from the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home 444 Farmington Ave.

New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St Maurice Church, St. Katharine Drexel Parish 100 Wightman Rd. New Britain. Entombment will be in St. Mary Garden Mausoleum, NB.

Visitation will be on Sunday Jan 6th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to the donor’s choice. For directions and online Condolences please visit www.
