Noe Cruz, 37, of Pasco passed away on March 10, 2019 in Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. Noe was born in Oaxaca Mexico on September 3, 1981 to Josefina and Oton Cruz. He worked for Alliance Property Services.

Noe enjoyed working on his trucks and cars. His hobby was drawing. But most of all Noe loved spending time with his family.

Noe is survived by Rita, Jasmine, Jada, Isabella, and Roel. He is preceded in death by his mother Josefina P. Cruz. He touched many hearts in his own way.

He will be greatly missed. Noe Cruz, de 37 años, de Pasco, falleció el 10 de marzo de 2019 en el Centro Médico Regional Kadlec en Richland. Noe nació en Oaxaca, México, el 3 de septiembre de 1981, a Josefina y Oton Cruz.
