Nora Daugherty, born July 28, 1924. The angels carried her away to rest. She was a longtime member of Long Hollow Baptist Church.

Nora was a loving mother. She loved quilting, flowers, and spending time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by husband Andy Daugherty; daughter Marilyn, sons Randy, Ronnie, and Donnie; grandson David; parents Ruben and Temia (ton) Hamby; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

She is survived by daughters Carolyn Baker & husband Ralph and Nina Howard; daughter-in-law Sandra Daugherty; brother Conley Hamby & wife Trudy; 11 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren, and 24 great-great grandchildren. Pall bears are Robbie, Matt, Eric, Chris, Preston, Justin, and Donnie Visitation will 1-2 PM Saturday, January 12, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 2 PM with Rev. David Birchfield officiating.

Following funeral service friends and family will go in procession to Cumberland View Cemetery for the interment.
