Norma J. Ray June 08, 1944 – March 10, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Norma J. Ray, 74, of Du Quoin, passed away at 7:40 P.M., Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the Fairview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Du Quoin. Norma had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Old Du Quoin Baptist Church.

She was born June 8, 1944 at Sikeston, MO, the daughter of Edward and Imogene Powel. She married Wren Ray on November 17, 2005 at Benton, IL and he survives. She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin and four grandchildren including her grandson – Trevor Webb of Carbondale.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter – Angie Bruton. Per Norma’s request, cremation services were held. There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
