Norma Tyson Doss, age 91, of Crossett, AR, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Village at Valley Ranch Nursing Home in Little Rock, AR. She joined her husband and our Heavenly Father and is singing in the choir of angels. She was born on May 29, 1927 to James and Nora Tyson.

Norma was a member of Crossett First Baptist Church. She loved God, family, gospel music and having friends over for coffee every afternoon at her home. Mrs. Doss was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 68 years, Curtis B. Doss and one sister, Jimmie Tyson Hudgens.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Burnett and husband, John of Little Rock, AR; two grandsons, John Burnett, Jr. (Julie) of Vilonia, AR and Mark Burnett (Dana) of Little Rock, AR; four great-grandchildren, Tyler, Delaney, Trevor and Jaron Burnett; one nephew, Ron Hudgens; three nieces, Toni Hudgens, Kim Green and Sylvia Chapman; one great niece; three great nephews and a host of other family members and friends. Graveside services are 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossett, AR with Rev. Jamie Staley officiating.

Visitation is 1:00-2:00pm on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
