Obituary of Norma Mathews MATHEWS, Norma J. Age 78, of Middletown, OH, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 18, 1939 in Blossburg, PA to Andrew and Lillian (Ackley) Marshall Sr She was a homemaker.

Norma is survived by her husband of 61 years, Frederick Mathews, Sr; daughters, Robin (TJ) Potrzebowski, Penny (Steve) Mathews-Washburn, Paula (Kenneth) Ward; sons, Frederick Mathews Jr., Daniel (Madeline) Mathews, Randy (Netta) Mathews; numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauline Reid and Sylvia Laughlin. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Brenda Shiflett; 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave.

, Elmira on Monday, June 18th from 6 to 8 pm. Interment in Woodside Cemetery-Middletown, OH at the convenience of the family.
