Norman Devol Ridge, of Sayler Park, passed away on May 19, 2019 at the age of 92. He was born on February 19, 1927 in Marietta, OH to Charles P and Florence L. (nee Knox) Ridge. Norman served in the US Army during WWII.

He then worked as a Meter Repairman for Cincinnati Gas & Electric. Norman’s true love was music. He played in a few different bands over the years and also enjoyed listening to some of his good musician friends.

He also liked golfing and being out on the lake boating. Norman was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Florence Ridge, and sister Joan Ashbaugh. Those left to cherish his memory are his niece: Debbie (Greg) Preston; nephews: Steve and Mark Ashbaugh; great nephews: Christopher (Nicole) Adams and Tyler Preston; great-great-nephew: Hunter Adams; and good friends Lynne Scott & Kay Casey; and numerous other friends he has influenced and supported in his 92 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 PM at Eden Chapel, 150 Dahlia Ave, Sayler Park, OH 45233. Jackie Apted officiating and burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Cleves,OH. In Lieu of flowers memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati.
