Obituary for Norman Gaudreau Norman Charles Gaudreau, age 71, beloved husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away July 19, 2018 from complications of chemo therapy. Norm was born June 5, 1947 in Montclair, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife, Denise; sons, Brian (Deana) and Jim; sister, Barbara Harder, and best friend and brother-in-law, Douglas (Diana) Buck.

Also survived by his “girls” granddaughters, Katie, Isabella, Lauren, Abby, and Victoria; grandson, Tyler James; step-grandsons, Nicholas, Jacob, and Alex, and many nieces and nephews. Norm graduated from Seton Hall University in 1971 with a BS in Business. He began his career at Westinghouse in New Jersey and then he accepted a transfer to Thermo King Corporation in Bloomington, MN in 1975.

Norm retired from Thermo King after 39 years of service. Norm loved the opportunity his job gave him to travel extensively and live in Ireland and Puerto Rico. He met many colleagues who he was lucky enough to call friends.

He loved his family, woodworking, watching the birds in his backyard, and a good game of golf…he even loved a bad game of golf. Per his wishes, and to celebrate this wonderful man, we would like to invite all his family, friends, and neighbors to join us on Thursday, July 26th from 4-8 p.m. at Stone Brook Golf Course, 2693 Co Rd 79, Shakopee, MN for food, drink, jokes, and laughter. The family will have a private memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude.
