Obituary for Odena Mae Phillips Odena Mae Phillips, 92, of Cleveland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October, 10, 2018. She was born in Shooting Creek, North Carolina, but had lived in the Cleveland area for most of her life and was of the Church of God faith. She loved The Lord with all her heart and would take every opportunity to minister to anyone that she met.

She was very instrumental in helping her second husband, Rev. T.L. Phillips with church duties, scripture readings, prayers and anything else that The Lord called her to do. She was a loving and devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother that will be truly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Robert Lee Green; 2nd husband, Rev. T. L. Phillips; sons, Garry Kenneth Green, Sr. and Robert Green, Jr.; grandson, Garry Kenneth Green, Jr. and sister, Opal Scoggins. Survivors include her sister, Virgie Hilburn; 5 grandchildren, Priscilla Haley, Donna McAlister, Heather Maze, Darlene Green and Sonya Truelove; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
