OBITUARY Okla Loriene Anderson January 28, 1928 – December 23, 2018 Okla L. “Okie” Anderson, 90, of Sissonville passed away December 23, 2018. Okie was born in Charleston, January 28, 1928 to the late James Ivan “Pate” Fisher and Minnie Thomas Fisher. Okie was preceded in death by her husband, Sebert Anderson; father and mother-in-law, Rev.

Warren Anderson and Irene Anderson; siblings, Arlene Carper, Dee Youngner, Bobbie Miller, James I. “Bud” Fisher Jr.; nephew, Larry Carper Jr.; neice, Kimberly A. Fisher Massalin. Left to cherish her memory are loving sons, Mike Anderson (Patty) of South Charleston, Steve Anderson (Sandi) of Saint Albans; sister, Alma Bailey of Michigan; grandchildren, Nathan Kennedy, Ciara Anderson, Stephanie Pauley, Miranda Webb, Aimee Webb, and David and Danny Beckner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 11:00 am Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Danny Beckner officiating.

Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Okie’s neighbors for their help and support over the years.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387.
