Omar Alexsander Acosta, 25 of Perth Amboy, NJ, died with his family and friend by his side. Omar enjoyed spending time with his family, specially his son Jaiden. Omar is survived by his adored son Jaiden Alexander Acosta; loving son of Garibaldi Alexandre Acosta, and Ada Rosario; beloved brother of Genessys Acosta; cherished companion Tiffany Fay and her sister Nicole Fonseca, and John Fay A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 8:30 pm at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.

Interment will be private. Visiting is on Friday from 5 ~ 9 pm.
