Opal Edith McAninch (nee Durham) of Milford, OH was born September, 14, 1927 in Whitley County, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2019, age 91. Beloved wife of 70 years to the late James Albert McAninch.

Loving mother of James T. (Jan) McAninch, Gary L. (Gwyn) McAninch, Melisa L. (Jeff) Craigmyle and the late Debra S. McAninch; proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren; dear sister of Wanda Jean Barr, James Durham and the late Paul Durham, Charles Durham Andy Durham, Shirley Cahall and Marian Hollin; cherished daughter of William and Bertha (nee Peace) Durham; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Friends will be received on Thursday January 17, 2019 from 6-8 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28 Goshen, OH 45122, where services will be held on Friday at 10 AM.

Interment Myers Cemetery, Goshen, OH. Memorial contributions may be directed to Midwest Hospice 10925 Reed Hartman Hwy #312, Blue Ash, OH 45242.
