Obituary for Oscar Vasquez Encinas Oscar Vazquez Encinas, 72 of Tucson, Arizona passed away on November 10, 2018. He was born on May 9, 1946; the son of Manuel and Natalia (Vazquez) Encinas in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. He loved nature and wouldn’t let a week go by without going hiking, walking, or riding a bike.

He loved working with his hands and always had a project he was working on. He joins his parents Manuel and Natalia and his sister Alicia in Heaven. He is survived by his loving wife Elvira and his loving family.

We celebrate his life and memories until we meet again. A celebration of Oscar’s life will be held at a later date.
