OBITUARY Mrs. Pamela Ann Carlson September 22, 1953 – October 29, 2018 Pamela Carlson, a longtime resident of Lindenhurst, L.I., passed on Monday, October 29th, at the age of 65 years. Pam was born in Jamaica, Queens, to her parents, John and Ann Flynn. She was raised in West Islip, attending and graduating from West Islip schools.

Pam met her future husband, Richard Carlson, in 1991 at the age of 19. They married in Our Lady of Lourdes Church in West Islip, and made their home in Lindenhurst where they raised their family. In her years of work, Pam enjoyed working in retail, spending many years with Target, where she retired as Manager.

She cherished her family, enjoying spending time with her grandchildren. Predeceasing Pam is her husband, Richard, and her father, John Flynn. Surviving is her mother, Anna Flynn; her children – her daughter, Regina Carlson, her daughter, Tina Bickmeyer and son-in-law, Warren; and her son, Shaun Carlson; her grandchildren – Krystena Carlson, Brianna Carlson and Lauren Bickmeyer; and her siblings – Debbie, Denise, Patricia, Patrick, Dennis and Donna.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Friday, November 2nd, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. During the afternoon visitation hours, the Funeral Service will be offered by Father Fedelis of Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C. Church of Lindenhurst. Cremation services are private.
