Pamela Frances Sprauer June 21, 1927 – December 17, 2018 Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Pam passed away peacefully on December 17, 2018 surrounded by the people she loved. She was 91. Pam was born in Estacada, Oregon on June 21, 1927 to Jacob and Anne Welty Penner.

Pam spent her early years in Estacada before moving to Mt. Angel where she lived for the rest of her life. Pam graduated from Mt.

Angel Academy in 1946 and on April 30, 1949 she married Albert Sprauer in St. Mary Catholic Church. They were married for 59 years before Al’s death in 2008. Pam was a woman who loved people.

She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family, especially during the holidays. She was an avid gardener and a voracious reader. Above all, she enjoyed her family and friends and delighted in many years of family-filled gatherings.

Pam was preceded in death by her husband Albert; sons Chuck and Dan; brothers Jacob, Doug and Dean Penner; and her sister Patricia Cvetich. Pam is survived by her sons Pat (Sue) Sprauer of Mt. Angel, Tony Sprauer of Mt.

Angel and Michael Sprauer of Silverton; daughters Beth (Tom) Borgford of Mt. Angel, Virginia (Mike) Rosenberry of Selma, Keli (Ray) Stafford of Silverton, and Tami (Gary) Dettwyler of Silverton; 33 grandchildren and 56 great grandchildren; and her brothers Jim Penner of Bend and Mike Penner of Portland. A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December 26 at St. Mary Church in Mt.

Angel. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 27 at St. Mary Church with internment following at Calvary Cemetery in Mt. Angel.
