Obituary for Pamela Jean Armstrong Pamela Jean Armstrong was born September 15, 1954, the second child in the union of Hiram and Willie Ella Turner. When Pamela was an infant the family moved to Chicago, Illinois where she would permanently reside. As a young adult Pamela married Charles Armstrong.

To that union was born one son Charles Armstrong Jr. Pamela was an individual who in addition to be a generous, possessed an adventurous spirit and enjoy participated in various sports activities and hobbies. She also enjoy driving various types of vehicles, this passion ultimately lead to her making this her secular career of choice. The greatest joy of Pamela’s life was symbolizing her dedication to Jehovah through water baptism in 1976, becoming one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Prior to her drastic decline in health she cherish being among her spiritual brothers and sisters at the congregational meetings, thus adhering to the counsel of Hebrews 10:24,25, “and let us consider one another so as to incite love and fine works, not forsaking our meetings together”. Pamela exercised strong faith in Jehovah and his promise stating; “our faith as true Christians must be waterproof, just like the ark that Jehovah instructed Noah to build”. Pamela truly loved Jehovah and his worldwide organization of friends, in addition to her fleshly family members.

Pamela fell asleep in death on March 26, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles and one sister Beverly. Sister Pamela Armstrong leaves to cherish her memories, one son Charles Armstrong, one granddaughter Nala Armstrong, one sister Yolanda McElroy, one brother-in-law Stephan McElroy, one uncle Arthur Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
