MARTINEZ, Pamela Jo Bellview – Pamela Jo Martinez, 55, went home to be with the Lord on July 9, 2018. Born in Jacksonville, FL, on January 28, 1963, to Elzie & Helen Thomas. Pam was a devoted wife, mother, and grandma.

Pam spent her life as a faithful homemaker. She loved spending time with her family. Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren.

Pam was preceded in death by her beloved father Elzie Thomas. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Michael Martinez who was her life; Pam was the proud mother of sons, Sanchez (Danielle) Martinez, Joshua (Ashley) Martinez, Tony (Kerri) Martinez; daughter, Donna Martinez; eleven grandchildren Kailah, Landan, Kelsie, Autumn, Khylie, Kylee, Isabella, Tristan, Maison, Emily, Lily; her mother Helen Thomas; brothers, Johnny Thomas, Nathan Thomas; sisters, Donna Mathis, Wanda Clymer A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Countryside Funeral Home, with Rev. Ronnie Surrency officiating.
