Obituary for Pamela Kay Sturlaugson Sturlaugson, Pamela K. age 71 of Coon Rapids passed away October 5th, 2018 after a short battle with lung cancer. Born in Sharon, ND on June 12th 1947 and raised in Binford ND. Pamela graduated from Valley City State University.

She taught music in Big Lake, MN from 1970-76 before becoming a full-time stay at home mother. She gave private piano lessons, and was the pianist at C.R.E.F. church.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Tom Stockeland. Pam is survived by her mother Marion, sister Linnea, and brothers David, Gayland, Neal and Lane. She was married 49 years to Craig and they were parents of Stacy (Scott), & Will (Christy).

Pam also leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Isabella, Jamie, Alex, Wade, Soren and Hattie. Visitation will take place at Washburn-McReavy, Seman Chapel 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids 10/11/18 from 4-7pm. Her Celebration of Life will be 10/12/18 at C.R.E.F.

Church, 2650 128th Ave. NW, Coon Rapids, MN at 11am. Visitation one hour prior to service, luncheon to follow.

Interment Sheldon Cemetery North Dakota, at noon on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the HAITI PASTOR TRAINING CENTER. You can pay online or send checks to Haiti Pastor Training Mission: 823 Apache Trail, Lake Villa, IL 60046.
