Pamela Shriver Lewis, 50 years of age, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 11, 2018. She was born on March 23, 1968 to Elmer and Nora Shriver. Pam was the beloved mother of Misty Haseleu and fiance Mark Wilson of Arizona, Christopher (Ashley) Lewis of Morgantown, WV, Stephanie(Glen) Hager of Arizona, Micheal (Evie) Lewis of Waynesburg, PA and Triston (Elizabeth) Stewart of Morgantown, WV.

Pam was a grandmother to Cody Lee Hager, Elizabeth Lewis, James Lewis , Abigail Lewis and Leon Lewis; and step grandma to Audrey Stewart. Also, Pam is survived by a sister, Debbie Sickles; many friends and loved ones – especially her friend Donald Drain, Jr, Denise Drain and Helen and Jesse LeMasters who she thought of as her mom and dad, two nieces that she helped with their upbringing, Christian and Cheyenne Drain, she is also survived by her adopted grandparents James and Patricia Potts of National. and other nieces and nephews whom she thought the world of.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents Elmer C. and Nora Ruth Shriver; and two brothers, Mike Sickles and George Sickles. Pam was a loving and caring person who helped anyone that needed help. She was a devoted mother who loved her children, flowers, and cooking for her family.

Pam will be missed by all who knew her. At her request she has been cremated. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date.
