Patricia A. Saccone, age 69, passed away on January 15, 2019. She was born in Cleveland, OH on November 5, 1949 to the late Albert Schwarz and Anne Schwarz. Patricia was a devoted homemaker and animal lover.

She loved every moment she got to spend with her family and she will be greatly missed. Patricia was the beloved wife of Joseph Saccone for 30 years; and a loving mother of Nicolle (Christopher Henry) Saccone. The family asks that any donation be made in Patricia’s memory to American Heart Association 1375 E. 9th Street, Suite 600, Cleveland, OH 44114.
