OBIT PATRICIA ANN JAMISON WILSON Patricia Ann Jamison Wilson affectionately known as (“TrishAnn”, Pat, and Tricia”) was born on August 9, 1951 to the loving union of Clinton Jamison Sr. and Barbara Ann (Davis) Jamison, in Wichita, Kansas. She was the second child and the oldest girl of eight children. Her parents and two sisters, Diane and Keita preceded her in death.

Patricia attended Wichita, Kansas, Prairie, Mississippi and Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools and was a graduate of Wyandotte High School, Class of 1969. She also attended Kansas City, Kansas Community College. Patricia received Christ at an early age at Mason Temple Church of God in Christ.

She walked in her calling throughout her life as a virtuous woman, dedicated to faithfully serving the Lord in many capacities. She was a loyal supporter of the ministry, under the late Bishop Charles Pleas, the late Bishop W.H McDaniel, and Bishop L.F. Thuston. Pat was a fervent Prayer warrior and evangelist.

She along with Patricia Stillwell and the late Mother Bessie Owens would often meet for prayer at Mason Temple or via telephone. She was very instrumental along with Sisters Patricia Stillwell, in running the food Pantry at Mason Temple. She also served as the Assistant Church Mother to the late Mother Hallie Caruthers, under the leadership of Bishop L.F. Thuston.

Mother Wilson would avail herself for street witnessing many Saturday morning along with Elder Terry L. Bradshaw Sr. and was supportive in starting New Hope Church of God in Christ. She was a true servant of the Lord, always giving of herself to help spread the love of Jesus to those in need. She loved prayer, witnessing, studying the Word and she believed in being on time.

Patricia was employed at Western Electric and Swift Eckrich Company until she could no longer work due to disability. Patricia married Sterling W. Wilson and to this union she was blessed to birth three beautiful girls. Although the cord t this union was broken, Patricia never allowed her circumstances to change her character.

She remained faithful to God and raised her girls with dignity; a true Proverbs 31 woman. In 2009, Patricia relocated to Huntsville, AL to assist her youngest daughter with the birth of her twins. While living in AL, she joined Victory World Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Bobby Sledge.

In 2013, she returned to Kansas City due to illness and joined (under watch care) New Hope Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Superintendent Terry L. Bradshaw. After getting back on her feet her love for the south took her back to Alabama and then finally Georgia. On Monday, November 26, 2018, Patricia peacefully slipped away to eternal rest in the arms of Jesus.

Patricia leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved daughters: Tamera Caldwell (Damian), Kansas City, MO, Patricia Tyler (Randy), Lenexa, KS, and Michelle Douglas (Antonio), Kennesaw, GA.
