Patricia A. “Sis” Mullins, age 50, passed away on May 12, 2019. Born October 31, 1968 in Williamson, WV to Ermal and Tennie Mullins and 11 older siblings. Patricia is preceded in death by parents and 8 siblings.

She is survived by son, Jamie Mullins; brothers, Donald (Deborah) Mullins, David (Denise) Mullins and Ermal (Rosa) Mullins Jr., longtime friend, Jim Cheadle; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 21 from 5 to 8 at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 at Obetz Cemetery.
