Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Blackburn Jr.; son Larry Thomas and son-in-law Troy Parker Jr.The memorial service will be held at Ruffner-Wakelin Prescott Chapel, 303 S. Cortez St, Prescott, AZ on December 11, 2018 at 1:00pm. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patricia’s name to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
