Patricia Jane Jacobs, 84 of Charleroi, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 in Mon-Vale Care Center, Carroll Township. She was born May 10, 1935 in Charleroi, the daughter of the late Ovidio and Matilda Moniot Costello. Patricia is survived by her three sons George M. Jacobs of Newport News, VA.

, Kenneth P. Jacobs and wife Mary Ann of North Versailles and Keith R. Jacobs and Kerrie Reffert of Charleroi; three grandchildren Lanie, Logan and Georgeanna Jacobs; two great grandchildren Sylvie and Tyler. In addition to her parents Patricia was preceded in death by her husband George R. Jacobs. Friends will be received Tuesday, May 28th from 6 to 8p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave.
