Obituary for Patricia Jean “Pat” Shallo Edison, NJ – Patricia Jean “Pat” (Nutley) Shallo, 75, passed away in the early hours of December 31, 2018 at her son’s residence in Lebanon. Born in Ontario, Canada to the late Hugh and Marjorie (Dearing) Nutley, Pat lived in Piscataway most of her life until settling to Edison fifteen years ago. Pat took great pride in owning A&H Deli in Piscataway.

She enjoyed bingo, reading, watching old westerns and was a huge Elvis Fan. In the 1980’s, Pat and her husband Anthony were very active with the Sacred Heart Church Bingos. She will be fondly remembered as a people person who truly loved people.

Predeceased by her husband Anthony, Sr., son Ricky and grandson Anthony Joseph, Pat leaves behind her loving and devoted family; sons; Anthony Jr. (Joanne) of Lebanon, Robert Sr. (Lisa) of Edison and Timothy (Annmarie) of Ohio, siblings; Eileen Espley (Robert), Robert Nutley (Honor) and Chris Burd (Ken), daughter-in-law Maryann Shallo of Middle, grandchildren; Paul (Katya), Sabrina, Nicolas, Michelle Cintron (Adam), Ricky, Jr., Robert, Jr., Timothy Jr. and Michael Dolinskas as well as her great-grandchildren; Sophia, Isabella and Nate. Visitation will take place at South Plainfield Funeral Home, 2456 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with a blessing beginning at 8:30 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, January 5, 2019 beginning 11:00 am at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield.
