Patricial Lorraine Hanson Smith 1933 – 2018 Patricial Lorraine Hanson Smith, 85, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at the University of Utah Hospital of complications following a short illness. Born February 1, 1933, Los Gatos California to Edward Arthur Hanson and Eva Josephine Bulmore. Married James Owen Smith, July 23, 1951, Los Angeles California.

He passed away August 21, 2000. Survived by daughters, Deb Rosenhan (Dan), Donna Moore (Jim); brother, Paul Hanson; sister, Dian Frydenger; grandchildren, Bethany Jay, Ian Moore (Kathryn), and Thomas Moore; great-grandchildren, Jersie Powell, Jaden Powell, Jet Powell, Jonal Powell, Jessup Moore, and Cole Moore. Mom didn’t want a Funeral, so the family will honor her in a private service on Friday, November 16, 2018.

We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals at University of Utah Hospital and the University Clinic and ER at Daybreak for treating mom with kindness and respect. She would rave about how much she liked her regular doctors and how wonderful they were. That is not an easy feat when it feels like you are being poked and prodded all the time and you have major medical issues going on.

We appreciate everyone that has expressed their condolence and support. We love you and feel fortunate to have you in our lives at this time.
