Patricia “Mamaw” McCorkle, 62, passed away on April 21, 2018. She was born September 26, 1955 in Akron to Grover and Mary Joyce Coulter. She did volunteer work for her church and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Patrick; and daughter, Crystal. She is survived by her sons, Don McCorkle and Ben (Michelle) Gerard; sister, Marsha (Charles Haddad) Gerard; brothers, James, Donald, and Patrick (Wendy) Smith; grandchildren, Mickenzi Ayers, Cheyenne (Daniel) Mitchell, and Steven Haines; the Haddad, Smith, Gerard, Stevenson families; her girls, Buttons and Sassy. Friends may call at Mountain of Hope Faith Church, 6385 Cleveland Massillon Rd.

on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. with a memorial service following at 7 p.m. in memory of Patricia. There will be a family gathering in community room to follow service.
