Visitation will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. Visitation will be also be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Cahokia, IL.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Cahokia, IL with Fr. Linus Umoren officiating. Pat’s wishes were to be cremated.
