Patricia Whitford Moore Silka, 71, formerly of Oil City passed away Monday October 8, 2018 at the Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove in Harrisville after a period of illness. She was born April 8,1947, in Oil City, she was the daughter of the late Nick and Mable Whitton Silka. Patricia enjoyed time with her family, playing bingo, jewelry, going to church, and getting her hair done.

She was loved by anyone who met her. She was married October 5, 1970 to David Moore, whom preceded her in death. She married again to Tim Whitford, whom survives.

Patricia is survived by 2 daughters; Joann Albaugh and husband Bill of Oil City and Rose Moore of Oil City. Stepchildren Brian Moore and Tom Moore both of Oil City. She is also survived by 2 sisters; Linda Whitton of Oil City and Marlene Lawson and husband Bob from Marienville, 2 brothers; Dave Silka and wife Marlene of Edinboro and Blain Silka and wife Kathy of Nashville, TN.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her first husband and parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Hunter Bashaw, a sister Janet Silka, and a brother Gary Silka. The family will have a private service at their convenience.
