Survivors include two children, Michael and Virtue Heinze; his father and step-mother, Thomas and Sue Heinze of Arkansas; one sister, Katrina Herndon of Chandler; one brother, Alex Heinze of Alva, Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Memorial services are pending at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
