Obituary for Patrick “Busstop” Conner Patrick Michael “Busstop” Conner, 66, of Troy, IL, born Tuesday, July 10, 1951 passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018. Patrick was a member of Oakhill Seventh Day Adventist in Caseyville, IL and New Jerusalem Seventh Day Adventist Church in East St. Louis, IL. He was a huge sports enthusiast.

Patrick liked playing golf and tennis, was a huge St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan, and enjoyed watching football. He had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed going camping, fishing, float trips on Merrimack River in Missouri, and traveling to Hawaii.

Patrick loved telling jokes and will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold M. and Peggy Conner; and one sister. Patrick is survived by his beloved daughter, Rachael Conner of Troy, IL; two sisters; two brothers; former wife, Lydia (David) Hudson of Troy, IL; four grandchildren, Cara Sabo, Peyton Restoff, Aiden Mongiovi, and Josaphine Mongiovi.

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Oakhill Seventh Day Adventist, 7864 N Illinois St, Caseyville, IL 62232. Memorial service will be at Oakhill Seventh Day Adventist on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Schildknecht Funeral Home.
