OBITUARY Patrick Steffens March 17, 1938 – December 10, 2018 Patrick John Steffens, 80, of Brooklyn and Barefoot Bay, Florida, passed away on December 10, 2018, in Sebastian, Florida. Pat was born in Brooklyn to John and Eva on March 17, 1938. He married Christine (Connolly) on November 19, 1966 in St. Jerome’s Parish in Brooklyn.

He graduated from the College of Staten Island in 1976. He was a NYC Taxi driver for a number of years and continued working in the transportation industry afterwards. Pat was a proud veteran of both the US Navy and the US Army.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Flatbush Council #497. He was a long time friend of Bill W. Pat is preceded on death by his parents, John and Eva; his sister, Evie; brother’s in law Al and John. Pat is survived by his wife Chris, son Patrick (Eileen), Noreen (Rudy), and Daniel (Kelly), sisters Rosemary (Walter), Dot, Jean, Marian; grandchildren Patrick, Timothy, Martin, Gregory, Julia, and Connor, and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the emergency room, ICU, and Hospice staff at Sebastian River Medical Center.
