Patsy’s Obituary Patsy Ann Tilley, 86, of Science Hill passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born November 17, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Bradford & Elizabeth (Baugh) Cassada. She was an employee of Wal-Mart and was a member of First Baptist Church of Science Hill.

She is survived by two sons; Allen & (Karen) Tilley of Nancy, & David & (Jamey) Tilley of Science Hill; two daughters; Becky Hardgrove of Science Hill, & Barbara & (Mike) Chumbley of Somerset; a sister; Beverly Sue Skidmore of Burnside; a special Brother-In-Law; Bobby Lee Dick of Cincinnati, Ohio; thirteen Grandchildren; ten Great-Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Spencer L. Tilley; a son; James Lee Tilley; a daughter; Lisa Jane Tilley; five brothers; Robert, Larry, Steve, Terry, and Paul Cassada; two sisters; Norma Jean Dick, & Betty Flowers; and one Grandchild. A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro.

Ed Massey officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2019 after 12:00 PM at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
