Patsy Ann Williams Vaughan, age 80, of Winston, Georgia, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019. She was born in Carroll County, Georgia on September 15, 1938, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Williams. She was a Homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Winston.

Patsy enjoyed sewing, quilting and bird watching. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joel William Vaughan; and her son, William David Vaughan.
