Obituary for Patsy Ann Mullins (Siegels) Patsy Ann Siegels Mullins, age 71, of Big Rock, TN, passed away, Wednesday, December 5, 2018. She was born March 3, 1947, in Stewart County, TN, daughter of the late Finley and May Walker Siegels. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Darren Mullins, as well as two sisters, Francis Siegels Sowell and Margaret Siegels Winn.

Mrs. Mullins is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bailey Mullins, Big Rock, and sister, Hilldean Boggs, Erin, TN. She was a member of Bumpus Mills United Methodist Church and a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 8th, at Anglin Funeral Home, with Bro.

Kylan Mann officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Friday, December 7th, and Saturday, from 9:00 am until the time of service at Anglin Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Reynolds, David Wagner, Jerry Donnegan, Steve Winn, Nick Wagner and Alec Lowe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
