Funeral services for Patsy Shirl Smith Turney age 78 of Huntsville will be conducted Sunday at 12 Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel burial will follow at Charity Cemetery. Mrs. Turney passed away Thursday at her residence. She was born in Madison County.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Elgie and Ruby Elizabeth Stewart, her sisters, Billie Jean Stewart, Betty Jo Haggard, Helen Elizabeth Hall and Annie Joyce Robinson and her brothers, Thomas Earl Stewart and William Herman Stewart. She is survived by her three sons and daughters in law, Jerry A. and Sherry Smith, James L. and Donna Smith and Terry W. and Wendy Smith, one sister, Mary Catherine Sisk, seven grandkids, Chris and Kelli Smith, Andrea and Jessica Smith and Chris and Chassidy Junkins, six great grandkids, Lily, Isaac, Noah, Caleb, Shane and Dominick. Visitation will be Sunday 10-12 at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
