PAUL ALLEN HUGHES, 49, of Hilliards passed away Friday afternoon (02-15-19) at UPMC – Shadyside in Pgh. following an illness. Born in Grove City, Pa.

on August 31, 1969, he was the son of the late Clarence Earl (Sr. ) and Donna Beighley Hughes. He was married to the former Catherine Marymarcie Michael on April 22, 2001, who survives.

Paul was employed at various auto repair and auto body shops in the local area as health permitted. He enjoyed working with automobiles, attending car shows, and flea marketing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and caring for his special dog “Sassy”.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Tyler Allen (Kirsten) Hughes of Hilliards, a niece Lacey (Kaitlin) Ward of North Beach, MD, a brother in law Kenny Michael of North Huntington, Pa. , and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Elizabeth Hughes Ealy, a brother Clarence Earl Hughes, Jr., and a niece Donna Ann Larkin.

Friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 So. Wash. St., Eau Claire.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at the funeral home. Private burial will follow at Eau Claire Cemetery In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to The Butler Dialysis clinic or a charity of their choice.
