Age 71, of Lucasville, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at SOMC in Portsmouth. He was born August 12, 1947 in Catlettsburg, KY to Paul F. and Romaine (Barnett) Fowler. A member of the class of 1965 from Boyd County High School, Paul served his country in the U.S. Air Force and then worked as a sales person for a pest control company.

He enjoyed farming as well as raising cattle and horses. A NASCAR fan, he also enjoyed fishing and watching football. Paul is survived by his sons, Christopher (Kristy) Fowler of Portsmouth, Paul Fowler, II of Lucasville, Carl (Heather) Columber of Ft.

Thomas, KY, Paul Kenneth Fowler of Lucasville; brothers, Roger (Jan) Fowler of Portsmouth, Donnie Fowler of Portsmouth, Gary (Teresa) Fowler of McDermott, Kenneth (Rhonda) Fowler of Twin Valley; sisters, Diane (Tom) Phillips of West Portsmouth, Patty (Roy) Keaton of Lucasville, Brenda (Frank) Blevins of Twin Valley, Kay Bailey of Wheelersburg; eight grandchildren including Chandler, Keagan, Connor, Kirstin, Finn, and Nora. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Heather Brown. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.

Interment will follow at Summit Cemetery in Ashland, KY. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Fond memories and expressions of condolence may be shared at www.
